Anna Bernhardt

Anna is currently a second-year law student at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. She was born and raised in North Dakota on a small cattle ranch and moved to Colorado to attend the University of Denver for her undergraduate studies. During her time at the University of Denver, she studied abroad in Prague for a semester and took a six-week teaching internship in Lima, Peru. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in English Textual Studies and a minor in marketing.

Anna experimented in a variety of fields including publishing, real estate, and international relations before settling on a career in the law. She is pursuing a certificate in the Corporate and Commercial Law Program, hoping to focus her practice in the area of entrepreneurial law. At the Sturm College of Law, she is the Vice President of Student Affairs for the Law Student Ambassadors; Secretary of the Dean’s Excellence Committee; and President and Founder of the Venture Law Society.

When not busy with law school, Anna enjoys reading fiction novels, eating brunch, and soaking up the Colorado sunshine.
