Bryn Barasha

2017-18 Contributor

Bryn is currently a second-year law student at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. A native Arizonan, she wanted to remain in the Southwest, but in a state with cooler weather. She graduated cum laude from Arizona State University, where she was a student in Barrett, the Honors College. Her Bachelor’s degrees are in American History and Sociology. As part of the Honors College, she wrote and defended her undergraduate thesis titled How George Washington’s Generalship and Presidency Constituted an Early American Republic.

Prior to attending law school, Bryn worked for a solo practioner who specialized in corporate transactional work. Bryn’s legal interests include government contracting which she plans to pursue through the Judge Advocate General Corps. On campus, Bryn is the Vice President of Recruitment for Student Ambassadors and is one of the law school representatives for the Colorado Women’s Bar Association.

Aside from her acceptance to law school, Bryn’s biggest accomplishment is riding a real bull at a rodeo last summer.
