Charles Nichols

 

Charles has an undergraduate degree in Business Management from Washington and Lee University. He will be a second year law student at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in the Fall of 2009. Charles is a Case Editor and contributor for the blog and began writing for The Race to the Bottom in the Spring semester of 2009.

Prior to entering law school Charles spent three years working in the financial services industry in New York City. His work focused mainly on securities, fixed income and commodity research.

Charles’ academic interests include corporate, securities and natural resource law.
