Prior to law school, David worked as a Technical Analyst for Medallia, Inc., a successful start-up company in Silicon Valley. In addition to contributing to the Race to the Bottom blog, he is a member of the Intellectual Property Law Society, and a member of the Intellectual Property Inn of Court. He is also a senior staff editor for the Denver Law Review.
Outside of law school, David enjoys hiking, canoeing, sports, and luthiery. He also enjoys occasional, epic Mario Kart battles with his wife, Mikaela.
