Erin Stutz is a third-year law student at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. She is a seventh generation Colorado native and attended the University of Colorado at Denver where she received her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and a minor in English Writing. Prior to law school, Erin worked for Oldcastle, Inc. as a Brand Manager in Littleton, CO.
In addition to contributing to The Race to the Bottom, Erin is a Managing Editor for the Sports and Entertainment Law Journal, and a member of National Women’s Law Student’s Organization, International Law Society, Intellectual Property Law Society, Sports & Entertainment Law Society, and Public Interest Law Group. She currently interns for the Hon. Robert L. McGahey and clerks part time for Reinhardt, LLP. Her legal areas of interest include transactional law, intellectual property rights, and corporate social responsibility.
Outside of law school, Erin continues to part-time work with Oldcastle on their Marketing team. When she is not working or studying, Erin enjoys snowboarding, hiking, camping, cooking, acrylic painting, and graphic design.
