Frank Tsu
Frank is a third year law student with an interest in bankruptcy law and practice. During his second year Frank worked as a research assistant for Professor Bruce Price on his paper From Downhill to Slalom: An Empirical Analysis of the Effectiveness of BAPCPA (and Some Unintended Consequences). The paper will be published in volume twenty-six of the Yale Law & Policy Review.
Before coming to law school Frank gained considerable experience working for several prominent investment banks in New York City. Frank worked in the area of credit derivatives becoming familiar with vanilla CDS transactions and the more exotic total return and synthetic CSO products.
Since June 2007, Frank has been clerking for the Honorable A. Bruce Campbell at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado.
Frank is also an advanced practitioner of Hakko-Ryu and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
