Harry Gerla

Harry Gerla is a Professor of Law at the University of Dayton School of Law.  Professor Gerla clerked for John C. Godbold, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and is an alum of the Securities and Exchange Commission (the Division of Market Regulation).  He has been teaching in the areas of Business Organizations and Securities Regulation for more than 25 years and has authored numerous articles in the areas of Antitrust Law, Securities Regulation and Torts.
