Todd Penner

Todd received a degree in Economics with a minor in Finance from the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas.  He is currently a second-year law student at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.

During the summer of 2010, Todd interned with Roche Colorado Corporation and assisted in-house counsel on a wide range of legal issues. 

Prior to entering law school, Todd interned with the Economic Research Service division of the United States Department of Agriculture in Washington, D.C.  As an intern, Todd analyzed newly collected data and composed written analyses in order to update a previous publication.

Todd’s academic interests include law and economics, corporate and securities law, transactional law, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
