William Scott McEachron

 

William just completed his second year at the Sturm College of Law. William graduated Cum Laude from the University of Colorado in 2007 with a double major in History and Environmental Science.

In addition to acting as a Co-Managing Editor of the Race to the Bottom, William worked as Professor Michael D. Sousa’s research assistant last spring. The research emphasized the evolving law of corporate reorganization. During the summer, he interned with Bye Energy Inc., a Denver based renewable energy company. As an intern, William had the opportunity to draft and review a wide array of corporate documents, including merger and acquisition documents, license agreements, and securities documents.

William's areas of interest include commercial law, secured transactions, bankruptcy, mergers and acquisitions, and securities.
