Annie is a third-year law student at the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law pursuing her J.D. with a certificate in Corporate and Commercial Law. Annie grew up in Shijiazhuang, China and graduated from the University of Denver with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management and a minor in Marketing.

During law school, Annie served as the Committees Representative at DU’s Asian Pacific American Law Student Association. In addition, Annie is an Associate Editor for the Denver Law Review, a peer mentor, and a research assistant for Professor Michael Sousa. Outside of law school, Annie participates in the Law School… Yes We Can program as a law student mentor. For the past two summers, Annie interned as a summer associate at Hogan Lovells, where she will return to after graduation.

Annie’s legal areas of interest include mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital. In her free time, Annie enjoys snowboarding, playing tennis, and cooking.
