Olivia Clarke serves as the Editor in Chief of The Race to the Bottom and is a third-year J.D. student in the part-time program. She earned her undergraduate degree in Politics and Human Rights with a minor in Law and Ethics from Marymount Manhattan College. Before law school, Olivia served in the United States Air Force performing security and law enforcement. She has worked full time through law school and is currently working at a fintech company doing bankruptcy litigation support.  

During law school, Olivia has explored various areas of law via externship opportunities. She spent her first summer externing for the Rocky Mountain Victim law Center working in victim advocacy and her second at Enova International working in complex commercial litigation. She will spend her final summer working as a Summer Associate at Morrison Foerster in the firm's corporate transaction department.

Outside of law school and work, Olivia enjoys competing in triathlons, hiking, reading sci-fi fiction, and spending time with her wife and their three dogs.
