Olivia Clarke serves as a Student Contributor for The Race to the Bottom and is a second-year J.D. student in the part-time program. She earned her undergraduate degree in Politics and Human Rights with a minor in Law and Ethics from Marymount Manhattan College. Before law school, Olivia served in the United States military and worked in workers’ compensation litigation. She currently works as a family law paralegal.

During law school, Olivia externed with the Rocky Mountain Victim Law Center and previously interned with the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office as an undergraduate. Her legal interests include Bankruptcy Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity, and Commercial Litigation.

Outside of law school, Olivia enjoys hiking and running, as well as spending time with her wife and their three dogs.
