Reid is a third-year student in the Corporate & Commercial Law Program at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and the current Editor-in-Chief of RTTB. After growing up in the Chicagoland area, Reid earned a bachelor’s degree in History at the University of Michigan. Reid developed deep interests in corporate and privacy law during his undergrad internships at a wealth management firm and his time as a technical solutions engineer at Epic, an electronic health records software development company.

At Denver Law, Reid has served in various board member roles for the Business Law Society and the Privacy Law Society, the latter of which he co-founded with classmates. Reid has also served as a research assistant for Professor Justin Marceau, Professor Robert Hardaway, and Professor John Soma. He is currently an associate editor for Denver Law Review and a peer mentor. After working as a summer associate at Kutak Rock this past summer, Reid will return to the firm’s Denver office after graduation.

Reid is particularly interested in securities, public finance, corporate finance, real estate, privacy, and digital assets. Outside of law school, Reid enjoys watching and playing soccer, running, and skiing.
