Aspen Sulistio
Aspen is a first-generation, second-year J.D. candidate at the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law with an interest in corporate and transactional law. He hopes to pursue a career in corporate governance or corporate transactional work.
Originally from Texas, Aspen moved to Colorado to attend the University of Denver, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Business Management. Before law school, he worked in supply chain logistics, managing client accounts and negotiating freight contracts, as well as in the hospitality industry. During the summer following his first year of law school, he served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Andrew C. Poland in Jefferson County, where he assisted in researching legal issues, drafting orders on motions, and cite-checking judicial rulings. Following his second year of law school, he will join Michael Best as a Corporate Transactional Summer Associate.
In addition to serving as a Student Contributor for The Race to the Bottom, he is involved in the Business Law Society. Outside of law school, Aspen enjoys skiing, hunting, cooking, and bartending.
